The law firm Erdem is one of the few offices with a migration background, which chiefly deals with labour law briefs. We are not impartial. We take sides with our clients and are in principle on the offensive, when we appear on their behalf. On the other hand we never lose sight of the possible necessity to reach a consensus.
 

Our clients are of various ethnical and cultural origins. We have clients from China, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Great Britain, Spain, Greece and Turkey. Because of our long-standing professional activity in the field of various cultural backgrounds we have been able to achieve both distinguished experience and high competence.
 

The law office Erdem has filed many lawsuits against unlawful dismissal before German Labour Courts and followed several of them up to the Federal Court. We negotiate not only out-of-court settlements especially with assistance in concluding and drawing up employment contracts, but also legal issues relating to company law, social security and taxation.

The first principle of our activities is to avoid labour lawsuits if possible.
