The Law Firm

Our law firm, Rechtsanwalt Erdem was founded in 1995 / 1996 in Hamburg. The initial stages of its process of organization started, when the lawyers Ms Maren Fittschen and Mr Mahmut Erdem formed a society and moved into the premises of Karolinenstraße 3, 20357 Hamburg. Presently there are in the office three lawyers in close cooperation. In addition we maintain the services of an external lawyer.
 

Each lawyer of our office puts emphasis on at least three specific branches of law. By that means the office covers not only labour, family, residence and immigration law and aliens act, but also criminal law, tenancy, economic and tax legislation. The office is especially distinguished by its international competence and the political and legal commitment of its lawyers. Its professional quality is guaranteed by many years of experience as well as continuous advanced training.
 

The reach of our office goes far beyond the city of Hamburg. The office has maintained contacts with Turkey through partnerships with lawyers in Istanbul and Izmir and by cooperating with lawyers in Adana, Antalya and Kayseri. In that way we safeguard your interests not only nationwide in Germany, but also in Turkey.
